The Peaks Tour 2025

September 27 @ 7:00 am 5:00 pm

Peaks Tour sportive takes riders on an adventure through the Peak District National Park. All three routes start at Bakewell Showground and head north through the National Park making their way to the Hope Valley.

As is typical of the Peak District, every route features both short, brutal ascents and long, arduous climbs. But don’t let that discourage you; the long, twisting descents and breathtaking views at the peak will more than make up for it.

Whetstone Ridge is the highest point along the 100-mile Long route, but you’ll feel every bit of the 2613 meters of ascent in your legs by the time you finish, thanks to other climbs like Mam Tor, Gun, and Sir William’s Hill.

Even though it will be difficult, you shouldn’t pass up the opportunity to ride in what promises to be a beautiful event through the Peak District.

When you cross the finish line, our partners will reward you with swag and a finisher medal, so there’s no doubt that you’ll feel accomplished. It would be great to have you join us in September at Bakewell for the start line.
